TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pensacola West I-10

Great place to pull off I-10 and rest and relax. Very friendly front desk lady helped me check in later in the evening. Shower was hot and great pressure, bed was clean and room was nice, comfy and cold. Felt safe walking my dog around the parking lot, it was well kept and clean. Would absolutely recommend.

Mammie, the best. Was in town visiting for a wedding and Mammie gave us the exclusive on where to eat and where to go for a good time. For 3 days she was memorable/personable. The rooms were rather questionable w cleanliness, but we cleaned everything down. Complementary breakfast also wasn’t worth the stay, need more variety for sure.

Front staff super friendly. Very clean & quite. Room was large (King bed in studio suite). Complimentary breakfast was good (normal expected stuff). Would definitely book here again!

I've stayed at this hotel twice and I will always use it when I come to Pensacola. It's clean, the staff is super friendly, the in-room kitchen is perfect, and they have ice machines on every floor ;) There's a pool and a workout facility, The breakfast and coffee is great too. 5/5

My family always books our hotel stays with TownePlace Suites by Marriott when it’s an option. We have rewards and credit cards that give us just enough benefits to make it affordable to us. We aren’t wealthy, but when we vacation we truly prefer the nice, friendly, comfortable, and familiar atmosphere that TownePlace Suites provides. I highly recommend this hotel chain. Signup for their rewards programs. If you treat them like family, they will treat you like family.

There are a variety of good and "can improve" points about this hotel. Let's start with the good. Pros: The staff is all very friendly. From the housekeepers to the clerks at the front desk, everyone we talked with was friendly and polite. The parking lot is well lit and clean. The lobby, elevators, hallways and breakfast areas were all clean and bright. Our room was large and spacious with a great kitchenette with an apartment sized refrigerator freezer. Everything looked modern. Bad: We were told the pool was out of service. That's unfortunate for the middle of August in Florida. The breakfast options were not very good. Waffles were tasty and they had two waffle irons, so there was that. However, the sausage, eggs, muffins, etc were all poor. The apple juice was seemingly watered down with a slight taste of sanitizer. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. The shower had a half wall that allowed water to spray into the bathroom no matter how careful you were. The shower faucet was weird. On one day hot water would be at a certain position and the next day it would be in a completely different position. Separate from that issue, there was no consistency in the water temperature. When turned to hot, it would sometimes be scalding and other times just warm. Bottom Line: It's not the worst place in Pensacola to stay. In fact, it's not bad. But for them to get my return business, they would need to improve.

From check-in to our stay, the experience has been wonderful. During our last visit, Guest Services was handled by an amazing woman named Mina, and tonight we were helped by Cindy. I truly have to say that every employee we’ve interacted with so far has been exemplary. Everyone has been incredibly accommodating, kind, and genuinely welcoming. It really makes a difference and makes us feel valued as guests. We’ve been very pleased with our stay.

All can give is five stars which is not enough for the service I received from there. It was on 12-20-2025 me an my wife was celebrating our anniversary and we checked in there after a few mishap with the reservation the woman at the counter mayme was outstanding and was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and respectful all people need to be like her we enjoyed our stay and Will definitely be back as the along as the same experience will happen again thanks again
